The Space

The Tram House Studio is a versatile warehouse location in a former Victorian tram depot in Clapton, East London.

The glass pitched roof and large critical windows make it a stunning daylight location with the option to black out the entire space if requested.

The space can accommodate large and small film and photography shoots and is also suitable for recording sound. We are also able to provide kit at very competitive rates. Get in touch to see our kit list.

We have hosted many events including book launches, supper clubs, film screenings, Christmas parties, intimate concerts, yoga classes, dance lessons and photography workshops. There is also a table tennis table that can be hired out with the space.

We are always happy to try to work with different budgets, so just ask. The space is also available to be hired out on weekends and off peak times at a lower rate.
